My sister and i are in a huge conflict because the king has ordained one of my brothers death (Eteocles) and not the other (Polyneices). I am willing to die for my brother Polyneices burial but my sister Ismene thinks im stupid to do that and will not go against King Creon. Ismene thinks i am doing is an impossible and hopeless task but, she tells me to go and do it if i must. I rather be dead knowing my brother is buried then be alive knowing he is not.

I have been hearing around Thebes that a guard told King Creon about someone burring Polyneices. Creon is very angry and wants to know who buried Polynecies under sacred rights. The guard said he had no idea who had did this without the Kings authority. All i want is my brother to be buried and I am determined to make this happen!
